Instead of fixing in the processing (which tends to introduce other issues) we prefer to fix it in the data collection phase of things by collecting all of the data while travelling the same direction (not flying sideways or backwards) and collecting all images while travelling the same speed. A lot of the items in our Data Collection guidelines are there to address common problems in data collection that relate to this. Basically, if you collect your data using Map Pilot you are all set. If you use another app you will likely have to make sure that it is doing things properly. DJI GS Pro will let you do all sorts of awful things...
