Upload incomplete, then canceled job. Still the map has started processing

Hi,
I've just uploaded 219 images, around 17 or so have failed. I've CANCELED the whole job but still get an email saying the map will be processed..

If the map turns out to be incomplete, I would like you to refund the paid points since i have definitely not given my consent to proceed. Thanks for your reply!

The job has been cancelled and the points have been refunded.

To cancel the job out all you have to do is leave the upload page. How did you cancel it?

Do you have any idea what could have caused the upload failure? Loss of internet connection? Computer hibernation?

No, I've waited until all the images finished uploading, then opted to cancel at the very end (red button)

Not sure why some images have failed to upload, internet connection was good throughout the process..

Will try to go the Dropbox route then...

Or you could try the Classic workflow. Either way is fine.

We are still working out some of the kinks for foreign users with our new upload service (Filestack).
