The only way to achieve the ability to fly close to airports is to have your 333 and work with DJI to get your aircraft serial numbers whitelisted to be able to takeoff. We (Drones Made Easy) have worked with some of our utility customers to get no fly zone exemptions, so it is possible. Unless you have a lot of paper work and a legitimate and frequent use case it will not likely be granted.
