The DJI Workflow will only accept images that have not had the tags modified at all. If you have used photo management software to move the photos around it is possible the tags got mangled. Please upload the images directly from the SD card to ensure they haven't been modified at all.
The Classic workflow will allow you to upload those images. It is just telling you it is better if you use the DJI Workflow which told you it was actually not possible to use.
You can use MME with the dewarping on or off. Map Pilot Pro does not touch that setting and will inherit whatever setting has been made in the DJI app.
