Correct. You cannot have multiple trial accounts. If your device is associated with another Free account you do not get another trial.
If you are having trouble signing up it is likely one of three things:
- Email address verification
- Password rules
- Captcha issues
In order to increase email deliverability we use a 3rd party service to verify email addresses before we try to send emails to them. Please wait for the green check mark to show in the email address box before moving on. If it says you need to wait, look for that green check mark and try to submit the form again.
Your password can’t be too similar to your other personal information. Your password must contain at least 8 characters. Your password can’t be a commonly used password. Your password can’t be entirely numeric.
We support users from all over the world and captchas don't work well for certain languages so we have opted to use a more universal numeric test instead of latin characters. It is also a bit of a test to make sure people can follow directions before trying to use the system... As noted at the bottom of the sign up form, it says "Please provide the answer to the simple math equation to prove you are human." If you are shown "3+9=" you should enter "12" in the box, not "3+9=".
