Mapping Residential Estate for Inventory and Management

I have searched the forums for answers but found only partial answers to my very simple question. What are the correct and best settings to map a residential estate for inventory and management. Let me explain - we need to map the estate in full (houses, roads, walkways, gardens, trees, manholes, electrical sub-station and connecting boxes, streetlights, benches, perimeter fence, cameras, stop streets etc. for the purpose of infrastructure inventory and a map for planned maintenance of the infrastructure. It will also enable estate management to identify illegal additions and structures on the estate. We don't need full 3d but we do need high resolution quality to zoom into any area for inspection purposes. The map should be able to be printed out and also uploaded to a website for promotional and marketing purposes, but also be available electronically for inspection purposes. It may seem simple but I have only flown a few Map Pilot mapping sessions and learned a lot the hard way. I don't want to screw this up as the area area is 35,2 hectares (87 acres) and will require me to fly 3 missions with my P3S, one after the other. Residents are co-operative, but it will be a problem if I fly too many missions. Highest structures are 40m AGL. What hight, speed, overlap and procession option do you suggest? Regards and Thanks
