Fly consecutive missions without landing?

I've got a site that I've broken up into 2 missions to have different overlap for each mission, i.e., one is a "normal" mission over a road where I want to minimize road crossings so have lower overlap, and the other mission I've set up as a grid mission to optimize 3D capture of the adjacent property.

Is there a simple way to run the missions consecutively without landing? Can I take over for a manual "landing" at the conclusion of the first mission, but not actually land, and then start the next mission? Or is something like this just not possible?
