not stable application

Help! The application works fine, but as soon as the drone gains the first meters of height, the application closes and the active connection with it is lost! What to do?

This is almost universally caused by having another drone related app open on the iOS device. 

Also, make sure you are using the most up to date version which is 4.1.8.
