mission plan cannot be loaded

service level mismatch along overlap (70 is outside bounds of standard overlap. 

running on the DJI smart controller not recognizing my base subscription only the free version.

Hit the 'Sync' button in the Maps Made Easy section of the Settings to sync your current subscription level. The device needs to be connected to the internet to do this.
