I understand if same home point one has to overlay the three jobs. But am also interested in the three different home points?????

Uploading images taken from different home points
The area I have been mapping was done in three separate missions, with three separate home points. i have made each overlap, but not sure if can upload them all as one project or three separate ones. would it be possible to stitch the 3 projects together after they have been processed?
