I'm getting this error message even though I have an active Por Plan subscription

All users, regardless of tier, get up to 5 free jobs under 1 gigapixel per 24 hour period. 

Your options:

  • Wait bit until yesterday's maps roll off the 24 hour period. 
  • Run a job larger than 1 gigapixel so your Pro plan is being used.
  • Check the "Force Paid" checkbox at the time of upload to force it to use purchased points.
