File upload failures

I frequently get error messages trying to upload my images.

Attached is the most frequent error message but I also get one stating there are spaces in the filename when I have confirmed there are not.

Using Safari for upload but tested same process on Chrome with same result.

I can see a space in the filename right there: "Oglethorpe Ave_165.JPG". There is a space between 'Oglethorpe' and 'Ave'.
