How can I subscribe to Free Plan from Base Plan?

Hello. I have added my card information to upgrade to Base Plan. But I do not need base plan anymore, I want to switch back to Free Plan, so that it does not charge me 5 USD. But I cannot remove my card information from the site. Help me regarding this issue.
