Android mapping

Why is there no mapping app for Android which is the most common operating system. Is there no way I can take pics for a map if I have Android?

The reasons for why we don't offer an Android version are pretty well documented:

You can use any other the other apps out there as long as they conform to our Data Collection guidelines for processing.
