You definitely have something weird going on with your file numbering on your most recent flight. The numbers are starting at 133 and counting up to 224 and then restart at 120. That is not something Map Pilot Pro is doing as the numbering is internal to the camera. It looks like some files likely got rewritten.
I don't see any map processing with the images you collected today. You would need to upload them from wherever they are stored on the aircraft to process them.
In general we recommend using a freshly formatted SD card for mapping image storage to prevent file naming and throughput issues.
