Thank you for reporting. We are aware of the issue and have reached out to Filestack for support. They are the creator of the uploader software. Hopefully they can get it fixed tomorrow.
The test image doesn't actually get uploaded. The issue comes when you try to actually upload the images after they have been selected, right?
It seems to be related to what internet connection you are on. It works on the same computer on one internet connection and doesn't work on another.
If you are using points to process your imagery you could use the Classic workflow in the meantime.
