Can't Zoom on 3D Preview

On the 3D Model Viewer I can't zoom in/out. I can do so on all other online 3D viewers I've used (Sketchfab, etc.) The scroll wheel does nothing and holding S and dragging doesn't do anything. All the other controls work fine.

I discovered apparently I need to hold S AND right click to get it to zoom in and out. Not sure if it's just me, or if the instructions at the bottom of the screen are therefore incorrect?
