Error during multi battery mission

We are getting a peculiar error message during our missions:

 

What could be the reasons for these errors? We have the following equipment and software versions:

Phantom 4 Pro (Firmware version 01.05.0600)

Remote controller (Firmware version 01.04.01.00)

DJI Go 4 (version 4.3.24)

Map Pilot App (Version 4.1.0 build 102820193)

 

Any help would be much obliged.

This are both pre-takeoff errors that are occurring because the app isn't communicating with the aircraft very well. Timeouts like this are usually caused by poor RC connection but can also occur when the remote is too close to the aircraft. Try moving the AC 10-20 ft about from the remote to see if that fixes the issue.
