Project sharing

So, a pretty lame question I imagine. I have yet to find specific instructions of any kind from any drone mapping app that simply explains what to do with all the files and pretty pictures that are created in processing. Some will open in Paint etc but some will not open with anything I have...and yes I'm aware that some are not meant to be opened because they are connected to other files etc. And  most importantly how do I get them to someone else to view? So I'm stuck in an import/export, upload/download, convert this to that, send it to another processing app. and on and on. Been through several apps..to many to list. and yes it's ok to talk to me like I'm five years old on this one.
