Terrain awareness not working with base plan

I have the base subscription and 1760 points. When I try to plan a flight with terrain awareness I get a warning that terrain awareness is not available with the free subscription level.

Is there something that I need to sync so that the app knows my subscription level?

I have restarted the phone and I still have the same issue.
