"Questions account" different from "General account"?

I have tried to login several times..but to no avail. What is weird I can sign-in and post questions but I can not login to my own account...any suggestions?

The support site login and the Maps Made Easy site logins are separate. I do not see an account for you in Maps Made Easy. You need to create for that site which is what you use to log into the app.
