Is it possible to adjust gimbal angle when flying a video mission?
You are free to move the gimbal around as needed while flying a video mission. You can use the controls in the camera a settings to pick a fixed value or use the control on the remote during flight.

I must be doing something wrong, when I adjust it during the mission, it returns to the straight down position.
It will set the gimbal to the commander position it the top of climb. It can be manually adjusted after that point.
