One Straight Line Survey?

I purchased this software recently, but the use I want for it is just a single way point, but at different altitudes.  I would not be using this for a typical mapping, but more for a Straight Line, but want to fly the drone along the same GPS path, but 3 or 4 different altitudes.  Will this software be able to do this task?
