The 'small' OBJ file is what is used in the web preview. You can download that are used for that if you want but they aren't super useful. You would be better off downloading the full resolution model and decimating it as needed using MeshLab or something. The small mode is pretty heavily compressed to try to get it to under 5 MB.
If you want the file you could download it like this:
Download another one of your Advanced Output files and get the UUID and ID portion of the URL.
Put those values in the following URLs:

https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/icons.mapsmadeeasy.com/XXXX/YYYY-12345.small.3D.obj

You need all 3 files and they need to be in the same folder.
