Upgrade from “free” to “basic” question

I am seeing your account as still being Free. It also looks like you have multiple accounts in the system (very against our terms of service)... One is Free and one is Base. So it sounds like you are signing on with the wrong account.

Your most recent flight that is in the system today shows that Map Pilot Pro is still seeing your service level as being Free. Please go in to the settings and hit Sync. Then verify that it shows Base access before trying to access the grid mission type.
