I have recently downloaded Map Pilot Pro (APK B) on a Xioami RedMi Not 10 Pro for use with a Mavic Pro. After running into problems I also downloaded the regular Google App version onto my Xioami 15 Ultra and made a second account.
In both case when I try log in I first get a message saying "Checking credentials" and the "Error: Internet error". The app is downloading the Google Earth Base map and everything else works up to the point of uploading the flight plan to the drone - I am guessing because I am not logged in.
I have checked the app settings. I does have permission to use WiFi - which is what I have here (no cell network). I am able to log into the account on my PC.

Google Maps won't work in the APK builds ('b' and 'e' variants). It *should* be defaulting to using Mapbox for the basemap source. Check that in your settings and make sure that Mapbox is chosen instead of Google Maps.
OK, Zane, it is Map Box on the one installation and Google Maps on the other. However, that doesn't address the problem, which is the error message.
Aside from checking to make sure you are actually on the Internet could you please provide a screenshot of the error you are getting? Also, make sure the wireless access point you would be connecting to allows connections to DJI. The first time the app is used it needs to connect to DJI to register with them.
