I bought the MapPilotPro license but I can't fly the dyone: I can only do the simulation. For the grid mission he tells me: the free service level does not include the use of this feature ".

As noted in our email there was an issue with your payment so the subscription was not updated properly. We are still working with the payment processor to get to the bottom of what went on but the account has been activated.
