MAP PILOT PRO MALFUNCTION

Dear colleagues, since the MapPilot Pro application update, it has been constantly malfunctioning for me and several other colleagues. The application disconnects from the drone's control; it also follows the programmed route but doesn't take photos; it doesn't return to the location where the last photo was taken. I reported this to the forum, and the person who responded seemed more concerned with the deadline than with solving the problem. I can't do the work I had scheduled; I'm unable to work. Please resolve this problem soon or refund the money for the remainder of my subscription. I look forward to your prompt response and solution.

Your previous post was made in an unrelated thread that had been dead for 6 years which is not an appropriate way to post a question since it emails everyone else who had taken part in that discussion years ago with unrelated information. 

What version of the app is being used? What devices is it being used on? What aircraft is being used? We are not seeing widespread issues with the latest iOS or Android releases so it might be something with your setup or devices. Without knowing more we don't know where to look. 

Please send some links to affected flights so we can see what is going on. It looks like your 4 most recent missions in your account from November 3 and November 4 are working well with version 6.0.2 and 6.0.4. I am not seeing any of the issues you are describing here in those flights. Make sure your flights are synced in the File Manager screen so we can see the logs.
