3D

I submitted images today for a new map project and when I tried to check the box for 3D map, it won't allow me to check it. I can however mark the box for the OBJ file. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

Comentario oficial

The Full 3D setting is not available when resolution downscaling is used or if the job is under the free processing threshold.
