Can I use other image acquisition apps and then use Maps Made Easy as my image processor?

Make sure you have appropriate overlap for what you are shooting. Minimize reflections and motion. Those are the big ones. Give it a read through so you know what we need before collecting your data instead of finding out afterwards that it won't work.
