This is usually caused by privacy settings or the computer falling asleep. Your map will not be created and no points have been removed from your account. Make a new one here.

Try using a different browser. We recommend Chrome or Firefox. Security settings will have to allow cookies and sessions. Just make sure extensions are disabled. Or try using a private or incognito window.
