lightroom export EXIF data

The images I took in a mission had a problem with the automatic white balance in the Map Pilot app, so they were taken at different white balance settings and some of them appearing excessively green compared to the others. I used lightroom to automatically correct the white balance and exported them to upload to your system. Unfortunately, it doesn't recognize now the metadata in the images and doesn't allow to continue with the upload process. Nevertheless, the same images' metadata are correctly recognized by "http://www.geoimgr.com/" and Pix4D mapper discovery.

I want to process these images using your service. How can I solve this problem?

The only way for us to help you troubleshoot your tags is by you emailing us a sample image or two to mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com

We have a warning in the workflow if we detect that your images were last processed by something other than the DJI camera. Other softwares, lightroom especially, loves to eat tags. They move things around to non-standard locations. Some software may pick those non-standard tags up while others won't. It is possible to use lightroom without killing your tags but it takes work.

Editing the photo set in Lightroom (v.6) works for me with MME. I do get a warning about "it looks like these images have been edited" or something like that, but I just click through and it processes fine. Make sure that in the Export dialog in LR, you have retain all Exif data set.

Joan: We received your email and the tags were fine. We were able to upload it into the system and the tags check out OK. It is likely that you were using a different version of the file when you did your test than the one you sent to us to check.

No, definetly is the same image I am using. I double checked now and even tried to use different browsers. The result is the same.
