account discrepancy

i've a base month subscription plan as stated from payments , but when logged in map pilot pro i cant manage advanced parameters becouse of i get the message "the free service not include this feature" what is the problem?

Go into the Map Pilot Pro settings and hit the 'Sync' button in the Maps Made Easy section.

thank you, seems it was because I've to update to the new App version

Yes, so old versions are no longer able to log in successfully and you must update.
