I have linked my MME account with my Box account, and some of the advanced outputs are there after my map is processed, but I do not see the GeoTIFF, and that is the only item I care about. Why is it not uploaded, or am I missing something? In fact, going back to see all my map product uploads, NONE of them appear to have included the GeoTIFF.

Box is pretty bad at allowing uploads... They fail all the time which is pretty bad for a paid service. They have a new API coming out soon that will hopefully fix the issue.
In the meantime, you may want to look at Dropbox since we zero issues with uploading to them.
Bad answer, I know. But we have spent WAY too much time trying to get it to go. Box just doesn't handle large file uploads very well via their API.

I was using Box, since as a member of the UC Davis community, I get a free account. I just paid to upgrade my DropBox storage, since I cannot miss these advanced outputs. However, as per my first post, I've already missed the GeoTiffs from the last 3 maps I made the other day. I am now in the field, away from reliable connectivity for an extended period, and I'm afraid I will not be able to download the GeoTiffs I need. Doubly so, as I would need to transfer files to my local, then up to the cloud. I don't have that bandwidth out here. If I were to forward you the links to the 3 particular map products, is there any way you could re-push those advanced files to my linked DropBox account, now with adequate storage? All I care about are the GeoTiffs. I ask, only b/c I thought I had this covered as per the MME descriptions of the various cloud solutions, but was unaware of the holes in the Box solution.

We cannot manually push anything into the authorized accounts. That authorization is for our servers to their servers.
