Official comment
As noted in the email we replied to earlier this morning:
"Since you used the PayPal payment instead of the normal credit card payment we have to manually add access to your account. There was not an account in the system for the payment account that was used so there was no way to add it.
We have now added access for the account you have now informed us of."
Access has been added to the account that you noted in your email: amirXXXXX33@gmail.com (Xs added for privacy)
