It looks like the automatic trigging got a little overzealous with the wide spacing of your pass to pass overlap. Try running it again but turn off the auto trim and it won't have those internal sections trimmed off.
https://www.mapsmadeeasy.com/maps/public/bb92a3bcda0547d6a85055cb5756807f/ flew at roughly 80 meters with 20% over flap of a area roughly 43 Acres 600 meters long by about 400 meters wide 59 images in total processed map is basically just 59 images in a line like there was no overlap at all

Your subsequent processing didn't turn out very well because of an actual lack of overlap. It is important to account for changes in terrain in your data collection.
so i should be good with little more over lap for my project is going to be in amountain valley Aka a pipeline row which is going to be multiple maps of about 1.5 km upto 2km linear maps this first map was the start of the right way with large work space and a slight side hill on the one side which looks like pie pieces cut out of the map. just curious if the same alltitude with more over lap will work
Flat Maps really need to have you fly to account for the terrain changes. As you have seen the image gets smaller the close the terrain gets up towards the aircraft.
You said the word "mountain" in there. You really need something to manage the terrain for you. You are an Elite subscriber so you should look into using Map Pilot Pro which does it better any anyone.
https://www.mapsmadeeasy.com/maps/public/43bcb6df36ff46e996fe46094db4d4ae/ This is the map with the cut out pie pieces is this dur to the elevation change near the mountain side? i have map pilot pro and am going to try it on the same location today or tomorrow while doing a flat map will pilot pro account for the terrain change. also you said i would need to fly for terrain changes will the air 2s still take the photos while i fly or will i just be better off using pilot pro if it has terrain follow?
When taking off with Map Pilot Pro you are presented with the option to use the Terrain Awareness system to track the elevation changes. Use it.

The Air 2S is supported but you will need to be somewhere that will maintain a solid RC connection since it uses Virtual Stick controls.
