Can you cache maps for offline use with Tag Pilot

I would like to be able to make a note of the area I want to fly in before going to the field with Tag Pilot.  Can you cache the background map for a region before out of cell service or wifi?

Yes, you have to provide your own Mapbox key though. There is a whole system in place for caching basemap and terrain imagery for offline use. Press the Load Terrain or Load Basemap buttons.
