Sync with Box

I have had two maps recently which failed to upload all of the Advanced Map Outputs to my Authorized Box Account.

The first map only synced one file. 

The second I repocessed a map with the same name and the old files for on Box remained and no new files were uploaded.  

Is there a way to re-sync the outputs once the maps have been processed or do I need to download to desktop and upload to Box to solve this issue?

Once the mission has processed and finished it will not attempt to sync with Box again so you will need to download the files you need from the Map Detail page. 

Let us know if this continues to happen. We do not test with Box very often. 

You might want to reauthorize Box access in your Maps Made Easy profile to ensure the token is valid.

thanks I thought that was the case but was hopeful that there was a way.  I will let you know about future files not syncing
