If you know that your payment method is going to fail and wish to update it you can change the billing information by following these instructions:
- Go to https://www.mapsmadeeasy.com/profile
- Click 'Manage Subscription'
- Click "Add payment method"
- Enter the new information
- Save it as the default payment method
Yes, the software will cease to work if the invoice is not paid.
