Phantom 4P V2 just stopped

After a third of mission, just stopped in place. Flying at 100m with nothing around. When I hit return to home, it brought up a box to log into DJI instead! I had no internet service. Where can I email the log file?

Were you entering controlled airspace? Check for TFRs and NFZs using DJI’s FlySafe system. Also, inspect the DJI Diagnostic column of your affected log file for other clues. Sometimes random stops can be vision system related but since the DJI login prompt came up Ian thinking it would be airspace related.

You can email the log file to mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com if it hasn’t already been synced to the system. There is little we will be able to tell for you that isn’t discussed above.
