Official comment
Your account will allow you to upload up to 20 gigapixels worth of imagery 30 separate times per month. The number of images this corresponds to depends on the resolution of your camera and your downscaling selection in step 2 of the DJI Specific Workflow uploader.
What kind of thermal images are you trying to upload? If it is not a standard DJI camera that has all of the pointing angles recorded in the tags it won't work.
