I have subscribed for pro plan worth $15 per month but, the said plan has not been updated for my profile and I am only getting 500 promotional points.
I am seeing that your account is at the Pro level until Jan 10 2022. Should it be something else? In the Map Pilot Pro app you may need to sync it in the Settings to get it to update.

I am working on windows, still unable to find setting menu on map pilot pro. Request if you could update the subscription from your end, as such two days of subscription has already expired.
