Points being used even paid for next 8 months

Hello I noticed my points are being used on map upload and they should since FAQ states

Downgrades to Free - Cancelling

Users on any service level can downgrade their service level to Free (found under the monthly plans) at any time. This is equivalent to cancelling the subscription and stopping any further payments.

The user retains access to the subscribed service level until the end of the current billing cycle.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble. Since you are currently on the free plan you only get the first gigapixel of imagery processed for free. Beyond that you need to pay for additional imagery to be processed. About our pay as you go pricing here: https://www.mapsmadeeasy.com/points

You can see in the calculation that you are a few images over this limit so it is drawing from your point balance. Had you still been on the base plan this would have been free.

Sorry about that. I see now. Your previous reply was missing part of the date so I didn't know what you were talking about. Since you changed it so quickly after renewing it only retained access for the first month. The expiration date has been adjusted. We have added an extra month for the delay.

Would you like the five dollar extra month we provided or the 85 points? The first option is worth more.
