We haven't heard of this but I wouldn't be surprised. Did it work previously for you? What app are you using for transfers?

DJI RC2 not showing up for kmz transfer
Did DJI completely lock out the ability to transfer a KMZ file? I have tried every way possible followed many videos and can't find how to transfer a file. No matter what I do I can't access the file system on the RC2.
