Points not showing in my account??

Hi MME,

I have paid via credit card on two occasions and the points are not being reflected in my account by the following day. There is no process to contact customer service to raise this as an issue as this appears to be twice now this has occurred. Once on July 27th and another on 22nd October 2020.

Chris: We are sorry to hear you are having issues making a purchase. That is the last thing we want. I do see an account associated with your name but it is empty and has never been used to log in. It was created in September 2017. 

Aside from that we have no record of you or any purchases. 

At the bottom of every Maps Made Easy page there are various contact methods.
