Only 200 photo upload limit in new DJI workflow when using OneDrive for Business

I was trying to upload 500 images using the new DJI workflow and I was able to log in to my OneDrive Business account ok and access the photos folder, but I was only allowed to access 200 of the photos?  Is that a bug, or should I upload those and then upload the remaining photos after they are uploaded.  Thanks!

That workflow only allows you to select the number of images you have points to process. If you only have enough points to process 200 images and you try to select 500 only 200 will be selected. There is a little text above the selection window that tells you how many images you have points for.

Hi Zane,

I have 7875 points available and when I just tried it again it said I had enough for 1972 photos.

Then when I select 1 it says I can add 19 more.

When I scroll down and select the last one it shows only 200.

Thanks!

Ahhh. For the Cloud data sources it only loads 200 files at a time. You have to scroll to the bottom and wait for more files to load to the list. We don't test with OneDrive but that is how it works with Dropbox and Google Drive. It SHOULD be the same with OneDrive.

We don't test with OneDrive but we do test with Dropbox and Google Drive which should be behaving exactly the same. We are not seeing issues with either of them. Please try using a different browser. We have had other users upload jobs of other 1000 images via OneDrive in the past 24 hours. I would assume that if you are using OneDrive you are possibly using a Microsoft browser. Please try using Firefox or Chrome. This issue is with the Filestack uploader and is not something we can fix.

I am having the same issue,  doesn't seem to matter how long I wait no more than 200 images are shown to select from.  Already wasted 400 points because I selected all the files and thought that was it, but 100 weren't offered.

It would be worth adding a warning if you can't fix it.

We will refer this issue to Filestack to see if they can fix it since it their uploader. If that won't fix it we will remove support for the OneDrive upload source.

This appears to have been fixed. It took them a while to get to it (the last clarification we provided was Nov 13) but we are now seeing large jobs coming in that have been uploaded through OneDrive.  Have at it!

Well, the thread states this problem was fixed, but I'm having the exact same issue two years later.

After many, many times having failed image uploads from my local drive and trying everything suggested throughout the various forum posts, I decided to give OneDrive a go since I have a free TB. I waited painful hours for the pokie OneDrive to sync my images, and I can see all 379 of them in the cloud folder, yet when I try to upload them from OneDrive with the DJI workflow, only 200 are shown despite seeing the message, "you have enough points to process up to 3572 images".

I've tried Firefox and Chrome, same result. It's getting mighty tedious, I haven't successfully processed a job on MME in months now. Is it safe to conclude that Filestack uploader blows roadkill??

We use your subscription tier and the number of points in your account to determine how many files you could potentially upload.

We have actually found the Filestack uploader to be pretty good. I am sure you have already done this but try scrolling slowly through the file list so it has time to load the next 200 images.

We don't explicitly test with OneDrive but can confirm that Dropbox is working properly. Please verify that slowly scrolling does not work and we will report it with Filestack again.

Hi Zane,

Yes, I've slowly scrolled through the displayed upload image list, I've also 'single-clicked' through with the scroll arrows, I've waited fo long durations, and I've tried different browsers but I only get a list of 200 images.

The image list file names start at 'DJI_0424.jpg' and end with 'DJI_0625.jpg', but it should be listed up to _0807.

This issue has been reported to Filestack. Hopefully they can get it fixed in a timely manner for you.

Great thx Zane, keep us posted. FYI, G-drive did work for me, but still would like to use OneDrive if at all possible, I have a lot more space there.
