Missing section of paid for map

I have flown dozens of flights always using the same settings.  I recently uploaded 4 maps all flown the same day, in the same light, at the same height, with the same drone.  All the points were recorded and the photos properly uploaded but there seems to have been some issue on your end.  3 maps are just fine but one has a perfect square missing in the middle of my map.  I need to rectify this asap as my client is waiting for the fourth and final map.  Please check into the issue for me.  

I am mind blown that there is no direct support available for a paid map.  Honestly, if I was aware of that I would have used a different service to begin with.  Please email me ASAP at stratusimagingvt@gmail.com.

Since this is an account specific issue, you could have emailed us for 'direct support' which is available to all users. I don't know that this is mind blowing. The bottom of the page says to contact us at mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com

It appears there was an issue with the tile generation which we can reprocess immediately. All of the output files are intact and do not have the missing section. Please email us at the address above for instructions on how to reprocess this.

You have missed every email that our system has sent you because we get this bounce notice. We have received 10 bounces per day as our system has reattempted delivery. It appears your inbox is full... If you get too many bounce notice the account will get deactivated as an anti-spam measure. 

This particular issue was addressed within 20 minutes on a Sunday. I challenge you to find that level of elsewhere. It would have been faster but your email address isn't actually working...

That link won't work because the map isn't public.  I see no way to reference the map as there is no "map number" or code I can find. I am very sorry to say this avenue for support is not acceptable for me.  Posting in a forum is not the type of support I expect from a paid mapping service.  I look forward to rectifying this issue.

I have rectified my email issues and have sent a follow up email to the address above. Please also accept my apology for my overreaction the other evening. I was very frustrated and clearly overlooked that email address anywhere in the support section. The customer service I received was indeed exceptional and aside from this stitching error I have been a longtime happy customer. Thanks again.
