First, I want to say that your MapPilot app is great. It's my goto mapping mission app. I've happily shelled out the money for Business edition add on features.
Your map rendering engine is good too, I've used it a couple of times in a pinch when I needed something processed quickly and my main mapping system was already tied up with other jobs. I've noticed though that there are a couple of features that are lacking:
1. We need a download all button that will allow us to download all the files as a .zip file.
2. Map Tiles - Why is there not an option to download map tiles? Every other mapping application I've used from Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape, and even WebODM has this feature. If file downloads are only accessible for 30 days, let us have some map tiles too!

If you are familiar with WebODM then you would likely be able to use the API to submit your job. When using the API you get all of the files including the tiles uploaded to a location of your choosing.
We don't zip everything up for you because most people don't even use most of the Advanced Outputs.
