For mapping related questions support is done via email and forums. We generally respond within a few hours. Even on Sundays!

Maps Made Easy processing is server based and open 24/7.
Support is forum based (here) and typical hours are 10am - 6pm pacific time. Questions are usually answered within 24 business hours or less.

Just got the DJI Mavic Mini drone. Flew it fine a couple of times. Next time I tried to charge it and couldn't get it to charge. Also cannot get to connect to iphone. Please advise. Thank you.
