We are only getting those 45 images to process so that is all that can be included. We received 45 files from you and 45 files were included in the outputs.

The first image is what is shown as files are inspected by the uploader. All of the images that get uploaded must have unique file names even if they are in two different folders. If you have two sets of images that are named DJI_001.JPG through DJI_045.JPG we are only going to get one set.

If that is not the case, please pay special attention to the upload process to see that all of the images are getting uploaded properly.

I would recommend CAREFULLY putting all of your images into one folder to make sure they are being selected properly and that the names are right.

Hi Zane, I carefully watched the progress and there's a problem with your upload service.  It only completes de upload of some images.  Most end at 4.75/5mb or so.  You need to address this issue or advise people against using the new workflow.  I used the "old" one and it uploaded just fine.  I've spent a lot of points for nothing.

The uploader software is Filestack and still has some of the upload issues we were trying eliminate by introducing it.

We will refund one of the partially uploaded jobs. Running the same set over and over again and getting the same results doesn't make sense. If you have an issue, reach out for help.

Hi I have had the same issue on my most recent map. I watched the upload process as all 905 images uploaded but when I got the processed map only 745 had been used.
What could have caused this and how do I remedy it as it has missed crucial parts of the site.

Jackson: That map shows that only a few images were dropped since there are only a few red dots shown in the Overlap Report. The calculated number of gigapixels and points seems correct based on your 20 megapixel images so it sounds like these are the images that were selected at the time of upload.

If a bunch had failed the upload you would have been charged for 905 images which would have been 3620 points, not the 3014 points you were charged.

Is it possible some of the images were rejected at the time the images were selected? You could select 905 images but less that that would actually be used and charged for due to an issue with either points or image tags. The number that shows up in the blue upload button and in the point calculation on the right is the actual number of files that will get uploaded.

It seems like it was the high numbered images that were not included in that middle section. That could also point to your browser not being able to load that many images for upload and some failed to be selected as the total got up higher.

In general your overlap is not good. If there had been a couple of missing images here or there it wouldn't have been a problem. 69/32 overlap is not going to work.

Hi Zane,

Thanks for your quick reply, I understand what your pointing out and I'm not sure how I missed how many points it was using but I distinctly remember watching the uploads as it went through the 800s and then when I next checked it had finished and was running so I'm not sure how the others got dropped.
It is possible that something happened with my browser or similar during the upload but I'm not sure how it indicated that it had uploaded ~850 images when I last checked.
Is there anyway I can redo the upload without it costing another 3600 points?
I agree that the overlap is not good but unfortunately that is all I was able to get on the day, we are only really after the flatmaps with course elevation data where applicable.

We have granted a one-time 50% refund. This should allow you to rerun the problematic section again or rerun it all at reduced resolution.
